Fiat launched a fully electric version of the Fiat 500 in 2020 and have plans to move forward with a new model, the Centoventi, which was shown at the Geneva motor show. They also have a mild hybrid version of the Fiat 500 on sale in the UK currently. As with most mild hybrids, this utilises an electric motor to enhance acceleration and engine restart for Start/Stop.
